As Founder and President of Absolute Supply and Services, Paula KT is passionate about creating jobs. She has built a company that includes Absolute Solutions and Associates, which includes firms owned and operated by minorities, women and socially and economically disadvantaged individuals.

Paula also mentors new small business owners, helping them improve their financial and business management skills. Generous and compassionate, it’s essential to Paula that she can support and encourage other minority small business owners.

A minority woman in a male-dominated industry, Paula is a price negotiation expert and strongly believes in exceptional customer service. She started her career as the ubiquitous Sandwich Artist at Subway. Within a year, two promotions led her to become, Assistant Manager. Her original goal was to be a Registered Nurse, but things changed and she pivoted to become an entrepreneur. 

Paula values family most of all. Her proudest moments were giving birth to her two sons. When she’s not working, Paula is happiest spending quality time with her family. She enjoys entertaining but is also content alone and in the company of her English Cocker Spaniels and Shih Tzus.

Also known as ‘World Traveler’ and ‘Rainbow,’ Paula enjoys seeing the world. Of all the countries she has visited, her favorite destination is South Africa. Twice a week you can find Paula practicing at the roller rink, in addition to coaching youth rollerskaters. She has been roller skating and working on her unique skating style for 50 years.

She now has over 25 years of experience in the procurement of mechanical industry equipment and supplies as well as other industries. A minority woman in a male-dominated industry, Paula is a price negotiation expert and strongly believes in exceptional customer service.

A successful professional, Paula values family most of all. Her proudest moments were giving birth to her two sons. When she’s not working, Paula is happiest spending quality time in her family’s company. She enjoys entertaining but is also content spending time alone and in the company of her English Cocker Spaniels and Shih Tzus.
